Welcome.

Hi! I am glad you found this blog and decided to follow me around the globe.

I am Lucie – curious, German born young professional between digital and diplomacy, into personal development and leading a fairly global lifestyle with all its perks and challenges.

This blog has started off as an easy and convenient way to keep family and friends up to date during my exchange semester in Jönköping, Sweden in 2015. I soon decided to blog bilingually to cater to my international friends and followers. This blog experienced a little renaissance when I finally decided to move back to Sweden for my graduate studies in 2016. You can still find all those articles here: The original blog “Knäckebrot und Elche”.

Since my blog was rapidely growing and the old (German) title translates into “crispbread and moose” which clearly refers to Sweden, I decided it’s time for a new beginning – and a new (even more international) blog. Follow my posts in chronological order here or read them by region/country – check out the menu. More general deep diving reflective articles can be found in the ‘thoughts’ section.

Subscribe to the blog via E-Mail or WordPressReader in order to not miss any postings (find link in footer).

Read or see ya soon – somewhere in this world.
